 Verificada Loved my stay at this airbnb— was super clean, quiet, and if you’re looking for a place in the middle of all the action, this location is great. My only complaint is the responsiveness of the host. I messaged the host a few times to get the check-in instructions (a couple hours + one hour + 30 minutes before check-in). I did finally hear back at 3:02pm with instructions (check-in is at 3pm). It made for a really stressful check-in experience as I had already arrived to the airbnb at 2:55pm. I was actually looking up how to contact Airbnb customer service because I thought I was getting scammed. I guess I’m writing this to let other guests know not to worry too much and that the host will get you check-instructions right at check-in time through another app that sounds like “what’s up”.

 Verificada Great location and the unit was very clean. Hosts very slow to respond which made it hard to coordinate since we were flying from the US. Got to the unit earlier than check in time, expected to leave the bags to explore the city while the unit was being cleaned. Host did offer that as an option, but failed to communicate that to do that we had to walk with all of our luggage to a different building several blocks away. Needless to say we didn’t do that and the building attendant was kind enough to store our luggage for us in their cleaning room to help us out. We were told that check in was at 2pm, we got to the unit then, only to find the cleaner still there and not done with the cleaning. She told us she was not told we were showing up at 2pm. We sat in the living room and waited for her to finish so that we can finally rest after a very long night of flying and a morning of waiting.Coffee maker and creamer was provided but no coffee.Refrigerator had a very bad smell.
