Open it on your phone

Pulsa el enlace y se abrirá directamente en el navegador. No necesitas instalar nada. Verás el periodo de validez de tu llave y una tarjeta por cada puerta: tu apartamento y el portal.

Tap the link and it opens right in your browser. No installation needed. You will see your key's validity period and one card for each door: your apartment and the building entrance.

Cada puerta tiene dos formas de abrirse:

Each door can be opened in two ways:

• Deslizador: desliza la barra inferior hacia la derecha («Desliza para abrir»).
• Código azul: introduce el código resaltado en azul en el teclado de la cerradura. Algunas cerraduras tienen el símbolo 🔑 en lugar de #.

• Slider: slide the bottom bar to the right ("Desliza para abrir").
• Blue code: enter the code highlighted in blue on the lock's keypad. Some locks have the 🔑 symbol instead of #.

Añádelo a favoritos o a tu pantalla de inicio: lo usarás cada vez que entres. Funciona solo en las fechas y horas indicadas en tu reserva. Compártelo únicamente con personas de confianza: es como la llave de tu casa.

Bookmark it or add it to your home screen: you will use it every time you enter. It works only on the dates and times shown for your booking. Share it only with people you trust: treat it like your house keys.
