No hot water or WiFi. Frustrating check in process using email, Whats App, and Airbnb to communicate about multiple forms and an app download.

Great location, and very quiet even though it was right in the city center.The hosts were good communicating. The apartament was clean.The only downside was very personal to us. We have a 3 months old and it was a bit hard to walk in the apartment without waking her, cause the floor is noisy.This is mostly a warning to other baby parents, I’d definitely stay again if I didn’t have this concern 😄😄😄

El alojamiento está muy bien. Es lindo el edificio y el departamento. Es espacioso. Luminoso, cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para vivir diario. La cama es cómoda y la ducha muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta. Lo único engorroso es el tema del check in. Si bien yo no tuve problema alguno, estuve 2 días nada más y para ello tuve que bajarme una app, cargar los pasaportes (mío y de mi pareja) validar la identidad. Con esa app se logra entrar al departamento. Mi pareja no se bajó la app por lo que no tenía forma de entrar y salir sin mi, y nos daba pánico quedarnos sin batería y no poder ingresar. Vuelvo a decir, yo no tuve ningún problema, pero es un poco engorroso y más para una estancia tan corta como la que yo tuve.

Terrible el peor alojamiento que he alquilado en airbnb literal no pudimos entrar nunca respondieron intentamos más de 3 horas con los supuestos códigos que creaban ademas que nunca contestaron hasta que pusimos la queja con airbnb me han estado escribiendo al wa acosándome enviándome mensajes nos tocó a las 9 de la noche buscar otro alojamiento en pleno verano con tasas altísimas fatal no se hospeden aquí no recomiendo demasiados pasos ineficientes

I had a lovely stay at Suites You. The apartment was in a convenient location/walkable to most popular destinations, had lots of space, was clean and comfortable. The communication was very smooth and when my partner and I couldn't figure out how to unlock the door the host was very responsive and helped us get in. Would love to stay here again!
