Chinchón

The typical gastronomy of Manzanares el Real makes meats and roasts the star dishes of the town. Nuevo Baztan

Nuevo Baztán owes its name to the Baztán Valley and was founded by the Navarrese Juan de Goyeneche in the 18th century. The businessman created this residence for employees who worked  in a glass factory. This city had José Benito de Churriguera, one of the most important architects of the time, as the creator of its urban planning. Its influence can be seen in the layout or in the facades of its buildings such as the Palace-Church of Goyeneche or the Plaza de las Fiestas.
