How to use Stay My Way: A Step-by-Step Guide with Pictures
Key Reference
We have sent you an email with the Key Reference. You can find it on the email you provided while booking.
Check in
It is mandatory for everyone over 14 years old.
Passport
You must select the nationality.
Scan
The App asks for a picture of your Passport. If you use your ID card, take a picture of the front side of your ID card, as well as for the back side.
Take a selfie and sign.
Open
After accepting the permissions requested by the app, you will see this screen where you can find the address of your accommodation, the number and the dates of your reservation. By pressing OPEN, you will be able to see the buttons to open each door.
My Booking
In this tab of the app, you can see the details of your reservation, as well as the access codes, so you can enter the accommodation without using your smartphone. Although we recommend you always have the smartphone battery.
Servicies and Information
At the bottom of the aforementioned screen, you can see the services and features of your accommodation. By pressing the icons, you will be able to see detailed information, such as the WiFi password.
