What you need to know

Vehicle dimensions

Your vehicle must fit within the permitted dimensions: max. length 4.8 m, max. width 1.9 m and max. height 1.7 m.

One entry, one exit

Access is granted once upon arrival and once upon departure. No key is provided during your stay.

Managed by reception

All garage operations are handled by our front desk team, who will guide you every step of the way.

Licence plate required

As a residential priority zone, you must provide your licence plate number when confirming your reservation.

Separate location

The garage is located at C/ Bordadores 9. Please note this may differ from your apartment's address.

Advance booking

Fixed rate of €20 per night, always subject to availability. We recommend booking ahead to secure your spot.

Madrid 360 transforms the Centro district into a low-emission zone, eliminating through traffic and prioritising pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

If your vehicle does not have an environmental badge, do not enter the city of Madrid. An environmental sticker is required to park in our garage without being fined.
