If you arrive by car, you can leave it with us for only 20€/night (subject to availability). The entry and exit of the garage will always be done with the receptionists, who will give you precise instructions.
There are maximum measurements for entering cars in our parking lot: length 4.8m, width 1.9m and height 1.7m.
The entry will be made only once, as well as the exit, not being able to have the garage key to enter and leave with the car during your stay.
The hours to access the car park are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., while the vehicle must be picked up on the last day from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Madrid 360 is a low emission zone that favors pedestrians, bicycles, and public transport. The Centro district thus becomes a lung for the city in the heart of Madrid.

If your car doesn’t have any label, you can’t drive into Madrid city, as only cars with the following characteristics are allowed to do it.
For vehicles, the following general criteria apply:
Vehicles with the 0 Emissions environmental label may circulate and park in the SER zone without time restrictions.
Vehicles with the ECO label may enter and park in the SER zone during regulated hours for a maximum of 2 hours.
Vehicles with a C or B label will only be able to access to park in a car park for public use, a private garage or a non-provided parking reserve.
