Maintenance and cleaning
Daily cleaning is not done during your accommodation, a free cleaning will be done on the 3rd day of your stay.
But if you need one or if you have a technical problem, you can request assistance by contacting us
Luggage storage
During customer service hours you can leave them at our reception, except in Suites You Gran Vía and Abracadabra Suites where you will find lockers in the hallways.
